We all love our pets but in the interest of keeping our rooms clean for all guests, pets are not allowed in any inside or outside public spaces or in our guest rooms.
It is The Culver Cottage's policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect. As a responsible host we have a duty to protect our guests from behavior that will negatively impact their stay. Unlawful and unacceptable activities will result in an immediate request to leave without refund. Law enforcement will be summoned if appropriate. Unlawful and unacceptable activities include, but are not limited to: underage drinking, use of illegal substances, and excessive drinking or partying.
Well-mannered children ages 10 and above are welcome as guests. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, as well as child safety, we expect parents to be respectful, monitor their children at all times, and correct their children if they become noisy or unruly. The Culver Cottage has no childcare facilities on the premises. All children regardless of age will be included in the room's occupancy count and are subject to charges.
Breakfast is served continental style between the hours of 7:30 AM and 9:30 AM.
We have endeavored to make our public dining area as comfortable and inviting as possible. We kindly ask that food be consumed in our dining area and not in our guest rooms. Food and dishes are not to be taken to the rooms for sanitary reasons. We also ask that our guests use discretion when consuming snacks or beverages in the guest rooms. Cooking in the rooms is not allowed at any time.
If an overnight guest would like to invite an outside guest for breakfast this can be accommodated in most circumstances. Please pre-arrange this with the staff. A breakfast charge will be added to the guest’s bill at the time the request is authorized.
